We call our food concept “naughty creativity”. A culinary rebellion with a wink.

Guided by Chef Dimitris Nikolis, our kitchen rides the waves, transforming the day’s freshest catch into spontaneous masterpieces, sometimes traditional, sometimes modern but always with attitude. 

Think fresh oysters and shellfish from Chalkida and the Euboean Gulf, head to tail fish trilogies, and the cheeky Tonelo Vinato (no, it’s not a typo).

Then, shrimp couscous with saganaki sauce and graviera crackers, tuna T-bone, salmon Wellington, and plates made for sharing, such as linguine with champagne sauce and valley shrimp tartare, squid kontosouvli, and of course, the signature sun-dried octopus.

But.. the sea doesn’t always follow a script. So neither do we. That is way will ask you to head to the fish counter, pick what calls your name, and desing your own dish. We call it: Your catch, your way! Our counters, gleaming with the freshest treasures from the nearby fishing villages of Chalkida, inspire the main menu of Sea You while urge you at the same time to take your today’s meal… Up, Close and Personal!

So, choose what calls your name, whisper your cravings to the chef, and create together something unique. Think of it as culinary haute couture, a Brioni suit that tastes good too…  

You pick the fabric (your fish), the cut (your mood), the final touch (a drizzle, a spice, a twist) — and just like that, you’ve designed your very own custom-made plate of the day.

Yes, our concept is a little messy… But don’t you agree that food, like life, is better like that?
